Estimates and Quotations

It is generally not possible to give a firm indication of the likely costs on this site, as each particular investigation or report will vary in the time it will take, and the resources needed to achieve a successful conclusion.

For this reason, it is essential that we provide you with a written quotation in advance. There is no charge for this service, and it may be possible to give an indicative estimate or even a firm quotation, if sufficient information can be obtained prior to a visit.

We do not charge for travelling time, but do include a reasonable mileage charge for site visits; all other expenses are recharged at cost.

We give a clear indication of the extent of the contract, and what you can expect to be contained in the final report. Any extension to the scope of the work may be subject to additional charges.

We are not VAT registered.
